Donald Brosnan is of cousel in the Chicago office. Prior to joining KMA Mr. Brosnan worked in the litigation and tax practices of law and accounting firms and also for the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Brosnan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
