ERISA/Employee Benefits Litigation

The Firm’s ERISA/Employee Benefits litigation attorneys have extensive experience in representing employee benefit plans, plan fiduciaries and third-party administrators. Our attorneys represent clients in a broad range of ERISA-related litigation, including asserted breaches of fiduciary obligations, ERISA preemption and benefit claims. The Firm is experienced in representing insurers, employers and plan administrators in defending claims made against them by plan participants and benefit recipients seeking recovery in the form of benefits, declaratory or injunctive relief or other damages. In addition, we represent employee benefit plans that are not governed by ERISA. Our experience in navigating the complex and technical world of employee benefit law enables us to often obtain early favorable resolutions by Motions to Dismiss, Summary Judgment or otherwise. When early resolution is not available, our experience as trial attorneys enables us to effectively vindicate our client’s interests at trial.
