Andrew Lavadera represents and counsels aviation and transportation clients, including insurers, airlines, cargo carriers, ground handlers and airport personnel, in all aspects of wrongful death, bodily injury, property damage, and subrogation claims from inception through trial and appeals. With regard to personal injury matters, Andrew has significant experience and skill with cases involving aviation and auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, and other personal injury suits that involve substantial injuries.

Mr. Lavadera graduated cum laude from Villanova University, with a major in Management and International Business and a minor in theater, and from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While at Seton Hall, he was an accomplished member of Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court and was recognized for his excellence in oral advocacy. He continues to serve the legal community as a coach teaching current Seton Hall Law students the import skills required for effective oral argument.

Mr. Lavadera clerked for the Hon. Kimberly Espinales-Maloney, J.S.C. in the Hudson County Civil Division of the New Jersey Judiciary.
